Planned to do 9 on the treadmill. Figured after 3 straight days on the road I'd run on the treadmill to lower my injury risk exposure. I got in 7 before GI issues made me cut things short. At least I was at home. Haven't had too many issues lately so hopefully it's just an anomaly. Hope to hit the track tomorrow so maybe the world was just telling me to simmer it down so I'd be ready for the real effort.
