Tuesday training

5.75 miles on the treadmill at 8:41 pace (50:01 total time).  Kept the heartrate under 140 the whole time.  Nothing special about the workout at all except for the fact that I pretty much felt great the whole time.

Slowly and steadily, my body is adapting to the training.  Hopeful that it'll start paying so dividends soon.
