Got about 1 mile into my planned 7 mile recovery run today and it started raining. It was 50 degrees out so not too cold but not worth suffering through on a recovery run. I cut my loop short and did 5. I was proud of myself since sometimes I don't think I take it easy enough. The 5 was uneventful but felt really good. I wasn't pushing at all, but legs didn't seem overly impacted from yesterday's effort. HR averaged 131. Felt like pretty much a day off and Strava's relative effort metric agrees.
