Everyone needs a day off

After 104 days of aerobic exercise in a row, I'm officially taking a day off.  My hips are getting too angry at me.

I did hit the bench for 5 sets including 3 X 10 at 185.  First time hitting 185 three times with 10 reps.  I've just been feeling a hell of a lot stronger recently.  Partly just consistency and partly some additional work and focus.

Had a rainy weekend on the treadmill.  Kind of sucks to be on the treadmill now that its warm but on the other end I didn't really mind it for some reason.  Got 10 in on Saturday and 15 on Sunday, all at an easy pace.
