33 minutes on the bike this morning followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill (3.77 miles). Always a bit curious if there is any benefit to this type of workout vs just running for an hour instead. I could understand if I was running triathlons but no plans for that in the immediate future. At least I got an hour of aerobic work in and saved a bit of pounding from my legs.
Hope to get outside and hit some hills this weekend.
