Day 15 :)

 Another 7.5 miles in 1:02:33 (8:20 pace).  I'm mildly sore and creaky but it feels like normal training fatigue.  I'm curious... if I keep going at this rate will I start to get used to it and feel less tired or will I continue to get more and more tired?  

One thing I'm sure of is that an hour on the treadmill is a grind.  I try to think of these days as bricks (not like a triathlon brick but a literal brick).  One brick alone is not worth much but stack enough and you can build a house.  Just got to keep my head down, my mind right, and keep stacking those bricks through winter and see how it pays off come spring.
